About PinFlow

PinFlow is a Pinterest marketing tool built specifically for Etsy sellers. You give it an Etsy listing URL. It reads the listing — photos, title, tags, category, price — and produces a complete pin: a 1000×1500 portrait image styled to your shop's aesthetic, a Pinterest title, a description, hashtags and a suggested board. You review it, edit anything you want, and publish or schedule it.

The design premise is narrow on purpose. Everything a good pin needs already exists inside the listing, so a tool that starts there has enough to do the work. A tool that starts from an empty upload form does not, which is why general schedulers still leave the hard part to you.

Being explicit about this is more useful than another feature list:

• Not a general-purpose social media suite. Pinterest only — no Instagram, TikTok or Facebook.
• Not an Etsy SEO tool. It does not touch your listings, titles or tags.
• Not an autopilot. Nothing publishes without your explicit approval, by design.
• Not a bulk-posting tool for dropshippers or print-on-demand operations. The terms of service prohibit spamming Pinterest, and the product is not built for it.
• Not affiliated with Etsy or Pinterest. It is an independent product using Pinterest's official API with your authorisation.

There are a lot of products called PinFlow. Search the name and you will find several unrelated tools, plus near-identical spellings — PinsFlow, PintFlow, PiniFlow, PinGlow, Pinflux. None of them are us, and we are not any of them.

The distinguishing feature is the specialisation: this PinFlow, at pinflow.pro, is the one built for Etsy sellers. If you are comparing tools and the question is which one understands Etsy listings specifically, that is the difference. If you want general-purpose Pinterest automation with no Etsy connection, one of the others will serve you better.

PinFlow connects to Pinterest through OAuth, which means you authorise it on Pinterest's own site and can revoke that access at any time from your Pinterest settings without involving us. It requests only the permissions it needs to read your boards and publish pins.

Etsy listing data is read from the URLs you supply and used to generate your pins. Full detail is in the privacy policy and terms of service.
